Excel con be used to develop a complete application using VBA and macros. Excel can be also used with OneDrive, that means that you can store your spreadsheet and all data in the cloud, and use them with different devices.

This software is developed inside an Excel environment: you need to have Excel installed on your Windows computer to run the application.
Working in an Excel environment, for a small business, is a great plus. All your data are transparent, you can read and modify everything, and if you need to export data there is no problem at all.
There are validations in Input, and useful Comboboxes to show the possibilities you have: all clients, all items...
There are many reports: they create a PDF and you can print, or send, or archive your reports.
If you need customizations the cost will be low because we developed the software thinking about the small business needs: we know that you can need a customization and we are ready to extend the software in a short time and with a reasonable cost.
Excel for extensions and reports
Excel can be an easy (and cheap) report generator in case you have a mainframe or a large system, and you need some improved reports or statistics. If you can export a file from the main system, it will be cheaper to generate a report with Excel than with the mainframe. With a few hundreds dollars you will have new reports and new statistics, saving thousands of dollars. We can help you to create the reports or we can teach you how to do.
Learning Excel and VBA
You can start from 0, or you can dramatically improve your ability in a few lessons... and we can develop together your project.
You will learn how to design a spreadsheet and how to use advanced functions like VLOOKUP, IF, IFS, COUNTIF and many others. After a class you will also be able to create a PIVOT TABLE and you will learn what is a macro. We can also organize an advanced class to learn VBA coding. We will do many examples together.
